“I was incredibly delighted to receive kac young’s, with beautiful illustrations by Amber Tenzin-Dolma’s, book on Bach Flower Remedies. It could not have come at a better time, I was looking for inspiration. I sat down to read it as soon as I opened my mail. I felt a healing start immediately just while reading the introduction and history, a lightness in my spirit and heart. I believe that you can heal remotely, using your intention. As I read through the book, I set my intention for a particular flower remedy and I felt relief from looking at the beautiful artwork and stating the affirmations. I wrote an affirmation down on a slip of paper and tucked it in my pocket as a reminder. Instant healing from a beautifully written and engaging book. It doesn’t get any better or more simple than that. I closed my eyes and randomly opened your book while asking: what Bach Flower Remedy do I need today? Both times, Monday and today, I was totally blown away with the message, it was exactly what I needed. WOWOWOW! So not only can you use it as a reference but as a divination book as well! How awesome is this. Loving it!” Lisa Hagan, Literary Agent.
This is an unashamedly biased review, because the illustrator is my daughter and the author is a very dear friend. Of course you’d expect me to tell you how extraordinarily talented they both are, and what a wonderful book this is – but it’s true! I have followed the progress of The Quick Guide to Bach Flower Remedies since its inception, and it’s the straightforward, uplifting, user-friendly book I have always wished was available to everyone with an interest in natural healing methods. Following essential information about the genesis of Bach Flower remedies and how to use them is a clear, concise guide through each remedy. Each entry is accompanied by a beautiful full-color illustration. The text describes the qualities and healing properties; the indications guide you towards making an accurate choice through explaining the associated mental and emotional states; the results explain how each remedy will help you to return to a state of balance and wholeness; and the affirmations give an extra boost of positive energy. This is a visually appealing and highly inspirational book that will gently, compassionately and wisely guide you through accessing the healing power of Nature. I’m immensely impressed by Kac and Amber’s achievement in creating The Quick Guide to Bach Flower Remedies, and feel privileged to have watched its unfolding. Read it. Use it. And tell everyone you know about it! Lisa Tenzin-Dolma, author, musician, founder of The DWA and ICSP
“Bach flower remedies are all a mystery to me, which is why I really appreciated the Quick Guide to Bach Flower Remedies by by Dr. Kac Young. I could find the flowers easily by symptom, and then got a good overview of indications, results, and even the bonus of an affirmation for each one. The easiest book to use and understand Bach Flower Remedies that I have ever come across. This one stays in my library, close at hand.” Pamela Atherton – Award Winning Broadcast Journalist and Radio Host
The Quick Guide to Bach Flower Remedies is a delightful and very informative book. It’s easy to find the right remedies, and the paintings of the flowers make the book a joy to look at as well as to read and work with. If you only have room in your life and your book shelf for one volume on Bach Flower Remedies it should be Kac Young’s “Quick Guide to Bach Flower Remedies.” Carole Negre, University of Bath
My own appreciation of Bach Flowers started in the 1980’s but most of the books then and in the following years felt like they were written for the 19th Century when the world was slower. Now with “Quick Guide” if my son is having a bad patch I can look up his symptoms and read the flower remedy that makes sense for him in his fast paced schedule in this 21st Century world. The depth of the work is remarkable given each flower is only one page of text. I found myself interested in one flower more than another if the affirmation rang a bell. In addition, Amber Tenzin-Dolma’s art work is enchanting so much so that I have wondered if the flower I’m most compelled by could possibly be a perfect remedy for me? This book is a real treasure for those people who have always wondered how to make sense of the gentle world of Bach Flower remedies.

I can’t tell you how much I love “The Quick Guide to Bach Flower Remedies”! It is so beautifully done, easy to use and understand and the illustrations are so lovely that just looking at them starts the healing process! I have considered using Flower Remedies in the past but have always been confused by the seeming similarities among the symptoms and which remedy would best suit my needs. This book lays it out so clearly, starting with the qualities of the individual flower, then progressing to the problems or behaviors that manifest themselves and finally the description of what results can be expected. The included affirmations are a wonderful bonus, helping to direct the mind to focus on the healing potential of the essence. I plan on sharing the book with everyone I know who prefers to rely on natural healing methods instead of pharmaceuticals. Pamela Ventura, writer, trapeze enthusiast
